針刺治療精神分裂症的文獻探討

摘要

由於環境的改變，社會壓力大精神性疾患也與日增加，其中以精神分裂症造成社會及經濟的負擔最大，每個人一輩子都有1%的發生率，但限於抗精神病藥的副作用，我們企圖以最能被接受且副作用最低的針刺治療來做分析，並搜尋了Cochrane的統合性文章，並進行討論。
目的：了解針刺對精神分裂症的療效
方法：搜尋Cochrane文獻系統，找到統合性文獻回顧
結果：共得到一篇統合性文章，從搜尋到18篇文章中，依據條件設定，選入符合的5個研究，包含電針、雷射針刺與抗精神病藥物的比較，所有研究使用了相關的表格比較，並詳細記載了使用的穴位。
結論：針刺對精神分裂症無顯著療效。雖然本篇文章的結論認爲針刺治療神經分裂症沒有明顯療效，但因爲文章選取的五個研究，其人數較少，隨機分配敘述亦不詳且發表年代多在2000年前，因此，其結論會使人有疑惑性，除此，根據中國古文獻顯示，精神分裂症與狂症及癲症相似，早在中醫早期，已有許多論述，也有好的成效，將來若有大型的相關研究，我們深信，針刺對精神分裂症應具有一定成效。

Due to the change of the environment, the patients with psychosis are increasing gradually, among which Schizophrenia causes the most social and economical cost. Each one of us gains 1% incidence of Schizophrenia during our lifetime. According as the side effect of anti-psychosis drugs, we tried to use the accupuncture therapy, the most acceptable and with the lowest side effect, to do the analysis. We also searched the combined articles on Cochrane Data System and did the discussion.
Objection: To realize the effect of acupuncture to Schizophrenia.
Method: Searching on the Cochrane Data System and find out the review of combined articles.
Results: We finished a combined article. According to the condition setting, we found out 5 studies from 18 articles which including the comparison between electrical accupunture therapy, laser accupunture therapy and the anti-psychosis drugs. We used a relative form to compare all the researches and recorded all the accupoints that were used.
Conclusion: There is no obvious effect of acupuncture to Schizophrenia. Although the conclusion of this article is no obvious effect to Schizophrenia, thinking over the 5 selected studies which with smaller sample size and with unclear statement of randomized control and also within earlier published stage, there still exsisted gaingiving to the conclusion. Otherwise, according to the ancient books and records, Schizophrenia is like the corybantic syndrome and Epilepsy. In the ancient age of Chinese Medicine there already exsisted lots of disquisitions and with fine therapeutic effects. If there is huge relative research, we do believe, the acupuncture therapy certainly work to Schizophrenia.
