針灸治療化後手足症候群之病例報告一例

摘要

本案例是一位53歲女性患者，從民國89年診斷第一期乳癌後便陸陸續續接受多次化療至今，然而最近幾次化療後卻產生手足症候群，由於手足症候群反覆發生故尋求中醫之協助，經針灸數次後下肢腫脹感、灼熱感及皮膚緊繃僵硬的情形大幅改善，但下肢發紅及四肢末梢麻木感仍持續存在。

This case is a fifty-three-year-old female patient, made diagnosis of right breast cancer, T1N0M0, ER(+), PR(+), HER-2/NEU(3+), and then received treatment of surgery and chemotherapy many times. However, because of chemotherapy-induced hand-foot syndrome on and off, she asks us for help. After we treat her with acupuncture , the edema, heat and tightness sensation get improvement, but both of legs are still redness and numb feeling.
