摘要

超音波檢查已經被廣泛應用在肌肉骨骼疾患和運動領域。隨著技術的發展，臨床醫師可以透過超音波檢查，觀察關節，韌帶，周邊神經的相關位置，然後進行導引注射。本文旨在介紹超音波檢查在針灸或乾針治療上的應用，可以幫助鑑別診斷，辨識解剖部位，以及避免處置中的可能危險。在透過超音波的協助下，確實可增加治療的準確性和安全性。

Ultrasound (US) has been well introduced in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems and sports area. As its development, the physician can investigate the joints, ligaments, tendons, peripheral nerves, and then perform the guided injections. The article reports the application of the ultrasound during the acupuncture and dry needling, which can be helpful for the differential diagnosis, anatomy identification, and dangerous prevention. The accuracy and safety can be much improved after the US application.
