雷射針灸輔助治療應用於中度缺氧缺血性腦病變新生兒之病例報告

A Case Report: Laser Acupuncture Adjuvant Therapy in a Neonate with Moderate Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy

摘要

這是一個出生不到一個月的新生兒。母親產前皆定期於婦產科診所接受產前檢查，足月自然生產的方式分娩出一男嬰，出生體重在正常範圍內稍微偏低。出生無呼吸且肢體無活力，給予急救插管後仍有無法自主呼吸、活力差等問題。接生診所聯絡大林慈濟醫院前往接回治療，從外院接回的過程給予插管並給予氧氣，血氧濃度維持在95－99%，有出現鼻翼搧動、胸肋凹陷的生理反應，評估後立即收入新生兒中重度加護病房照護。本院中醫部提供患者每週三次的雷射針灸，新生兒在持續治療六次後肢體肌力明顯增加，以及活動力增加的效果，已脫離呼吸器可自行呼吸。

This is a 2-day newborn baby. His mother received regular prenatal examination at the obstetrics and gynecology clinic before birth, and the boy was born via normal spontaneous delivery naturally at term, with a slightly lower birth weight in the normal range. There was no breathing at birth and limbs inactivity, and there were still problems such as inability to breathe spontaneously and poor activity after giving emergency intubation. The clinic contacted Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital to take over the baby. The intubation and oxygen were given, and the blood oxygen concentration was maintained at 95-99%. There were nasal flaring and respiratory distress noted, and the newborn was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit. The Chinese Medicine doctor of our hospital offered the boy with laser acupuncture, three times a week. After receiving the six courses with laser acupuncture, the newborn has a significant progress in muscle strength of four extremities and improving the respiratory distress.
