於國中校園推廣藝術治療方式之探討

Discussion on the Promotion of Art Therapy in Junior High School Campuses

摘要


根據衛福部統計,臺灣青少年自殺死亡率在近年逐漸攀升,顯示青少年的身心問題。為了讓不善口語表達的學生可以用不需經過言語表現的藝術治療來表達內在情緒,本研究透過大量文獻探討,並設計問題訪談四位藝術治療相關從業者,歸納分析受訪者藝術治療的相關經歷與他們對於在國中校園內推廣藝術治療的看法,主要提出兩點推廣方式:(一)邀請藝術治療師於校內輔導課進行推廣(二)教導藝術課程老師將藝術治療概念應用至課程。最後得出研究結果:兩個推廣方式皆可進行,只是在名詞上要使用「藝術療癒」而非「藝術治療」,並以體驗的形式去做推廣。期望本研究能給予臺灣的教育者、治療師在未來進行藝術治療推廣時有明確的方向可以採納與執行。

According to statistics from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the suicide rate among teenagers in Taiwan has gradually increased in recent years, which shows the physical and mental problems of teenagers. In order to allow students who are not good at oral expression to express their inner emotions through art therapy without verbal expression, this study explored through a large number of literature, and designed questions to interview four practitioners related to art therapy, and summarized and analyzed the interviewees' experiences in art therapy, as well as their views on promoting art therapy in middle school campuses. There are two main ways to promote: (1) Inviting art therapists to promote in school counseling classes. (2) Teaching art course teachers to apply art therapy concepts to courses. Finally, the research results are as follows: the two promotion methods proposed in this study can be carried out, but the proper nouns should use "Art Healing" instead of "Art Therapy", and the promotion should be done in the form of experience. It is hoped that this research can give educators and therapists in Taiwan a clear direction to adopt and implement when promoting art therapy in the future.
