五專護生死亡概念之探討

摘要

本研究採取質的內容分析方法，從護專學生自陳對死亡之定義的資料中，分析其死亡概念，受到質的研究法與時間之限制，本研究僅以北部某護專五年制二年級兩班學生計107名為樣本，作逐一分析，研究結果發現護專學生已有完全成熟之死亡概念，包括普遍性、機能性、不可逆性、原因性及賦予死亡意義等五大主要概念，藉此研究結果可作為教育與輔導之參考。

The study aims to explore the death concepts of the nursing college students. The datas were collected and analysised with qualitative method from the self-report writings focused on death definition. Due to the limitation of study methodology and time, the subjects were sampled only from two classes of 107 second-grade students at a nursing college in Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. The results showed that the death concepts of students were already mature, including the concepts of irreversibility, nonfunctionality, universality, causality and giving the meeaning about death. It is hoped that the findings would provide us to develop strategies of education and consulting.
