一位口腔癌病患術後之護理經驗
Nursing Experiences of a Post-Operation Patient with Oral Cancer
摘要
本文主要探討一位口腔癌病患術後之護理經驗，護理期間自2012年5月21日至2012年6月6日，筆者藉由會談、觀察、身體評估等方法收集並分析資料，運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態評估後，發現個案有急性疼痛、皮膚完整性受損、身體心像紊亂等健康問題，並針對個案護理問題提供個別性及整體性護理措施，運用藥物及非藥物的疼痛緩解法，減輕個案疼痛不適；針對傷口狀況提供舒適護理，減輕傷口滲液及異味；透過傾聽、關懷及同理心，提供相關支持團體，協助個案能逐漸接受術後身體結構的改變。建議護理人員對於病人在術後的身體外觀改變有較多的了解，能立即評估並針對病人問題及需求給予整體性的照護。期許藉由此護理經驗，能提供日後照護此類個案之參考。

The main purpose of this article is to describe the nursing experiences of a post-operation patient with oral cancer. Data was collected through direct patient care, interview, observation and physical assessment of the patient's health condition. Gordon 11 function health patterns are utilized to identify the patient's health care problems, such as acute pain, impaired skin integrity, and disturbed body image. Furthermore, we provided the patient individualized and holistic nursing interventions, and used pharmacological and nonpharmacological strategies to relieve his pain. In addition, we provided comfort nursing wound care to reduce wound exudate and odor. We also assisted the patient to adapt to the body image change after the surgery through listening, caring and empathy, and support groups. It is expected that these nursing experiences can be used as a reference to the care of the patients with oral cancer, and thus promote the care quality of patients.
