合作學習策略與精熟學習對不同能力學習者射箭技能學習成效與互動行為之研究

Effects of Mastering Learning and Cooperative Learning during Skill Performance on Archery

摘要


本研究之目的在於探討合作學習策略與精熟學習,對不同能力學習者射箭技能學習成效與互動行為的影響。本研究以隨機取樣方式抽取射箭選修課大學生四個班,共120人為研究對象。本研究之研究方法為實驗研究法,是以2x3的隨機因子設計交互分析。研究結果發現學生在合作學習配合精熟學習情境下,學習成效顯著優於精熟學習情境。另外,高能力配對的平均數與高低能力配對的平均數,皆顯著的超越低能力配對的平均數。然而,高能力配對與高低能力配對的平均數,二者之間則沒有顯著的差異。在預測學習成效與互動行為的關係上,研究結果顯示四種學生互動行為類別「提供解釋技能問題」、「給對方建議方向」、「具有正面的社交行為」與「具有快樂學習氣氛」與學習成效有顯著的關係。因此,合作學習配合精熟教學法在技能學習成效上,優於精熟學習教學法。未來教師提供合作學習配合精熟教學法,應有助於學生的學習效益。

The Purpose of this study investigated the effects of mastering learning and cooperative learning on skill performance on archery. A 3x2 experimental factorial design was used in this study. After archery basic training phases, 120 college students were classified as high and low ability and were randomly assigned to different experimental groups. After students completed 15 weeks archery lessons, skill performance posttests were delivered. As a result, the score difference between mastering with cooperative learning group and treatment group was significantly. On ability factor, high with high and high with low ability pair condition were significantly outscored than those low with low pair student conditions. However, the group high with high ability condition was not significantly different from the high with low pair condition. Overall students who were in the high skill student achieved higher scores than students who were in the low skill group on learning strategy treatment. In addition, students in cooperative learning conditions with providing experimental and suggestion, positive social skill, and happy learning had a significant positive correlation with learning outcome. This finding appeared to support several studies that indicated that cooperative learning treatment is superior to no cooperative learning condition treatment. Therefore, students working mastering learning and cooperative learning significantly outscored those no cooperative learning. The implications for cooperative learning use of motivation strategies for archery and future research were discussed.
