全國工業類科學生技藝競賽汽車修護職種選手訓練策略之研究

摘要


本研究主要在探討選手訓練策略對競賽成績影響之情形,並分析指導老師及參賽選手其不同的背景變項對工科技藝競賽成績之影響。 經由文獻探討及國內學者之相關研究,發展出「選手訓練策略」調查問卷,針對100學年度工科技藝競賽之參賽選手及指導老師做為研究對象,正式問卷以普查方式,對「汽車修護」職種之67位指導老師以及73位參賽選手,共發出130份問卷,有效問卷回收101份,有效回收率77.7%。問卷回收彙整後,以描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及雪費(Scheffe's)法事後比較等統計方法進行分析。 本研究結論為以下五點: 一、工科技藝競賽之競賽總成績為筆試成績及術科成績之加總。 二、汽車修護職種之訓練策略中,以「環境激勵策略」最為重要。 三、大部分指導老師以年齡30~50歲,且年資6年以下之教師為主。 四、利用其他教師來進行共同訓練的選手,能提高獲獎機率。 五、歸納獲勝因素為「環境激勵策略」、「認知策略」、「技能策略」及「教師共同訓練」。 本研究之結論為:想要在工科技藝競賽上獲得優異的成績表現,指導老師在技能訓練方式,必須能統整出一系列有效且完整的訓練計畫,並且適時的運用激勵策略來引起選手的學習意願及學習動機,來提升專業能力的學習成效。在訓練選手的方式上,可以利用團隊合作的模式來進行培訓,正所謂「三個臭皮匠,勝過一個諸葛亮」;如此一來,選手就可以吸取每位教師專精或擅長領域的技能,來達到技能學習的成效。

This research investigated the influence of contestant training strategy on the performance, and analyzed the influence of instructors’ and contestants’ different background on the performance of the industrial technical contest. This research developed “contestants training strategy” questionnaires from literature exploration and related researches done by the scholars in the country. The research respondents were the contestants and instructors of Year 100 Industrial technical Contest. 130 official questionnaires were distributed to 67 instructors and 73 contestants of “automobile mechanic,” 101 of which were returned that the effective return rate was 77.7%. The questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics, single t-sample test, independent t-sample test, ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method. There are five results of the study: I. The total score of Industrial Technical Contest was the sum of paper test score and skill test score. II. In the training strategies for automobile mechanic, “environment encouragement strategy” was the most important. III. Most instructors were between 30 to 50 years old who have less than 6 years of teaching experiences. IV. Co-training the contestants with other teachers can increase the possibility of getting award. V. The winning factors were “environment encouragement strategy,” “cognitive strategy,” “skill strategy,” and “teacher co-training.” The conclusion of the study is that in order to have outstanding performance in industrial technical contest, the instructors should have a series of effective and complete training program while training. Also, adequate encouragement strategy can initiate the learning will and motivation of the contestants to increase learning effect. In contestant training method, a team work mode can be used as there is a saying that “two heads are better than one.” In this way, the contestants can absorb the specialty and skillful field of each instructor to attain skill learning effect.
