本研究旨在探究全國商業類科技藝競賽指導教師執行培訓計畫與競賽選手訓練接受度之現況調查,以瞭解目前指導教師對於培訓計畫自覺執行的情形以及競賽選手對於培訓計畫自覺接受的情形。本研究係以臺灣地區所舉辦之全國高級中等學校98學年度商業類科學生技藝競賽之烘焙、中餐烹飪與餐飲服務三個職種之指導教師與競賽選手為調查對象。總計發出657份問卷,有效指導教師問卷136份(65.38%)及有效競賽選手問卷282份(62.81%)。 本研究以研究者參考國內外相關文獻加以修改而成自編問卷「指導教師執行度自我評估問卷」與「競賽選手接受度自我評估問卷」作為研究工具,並採用敘述性統計、單一樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、百分比同質檢定等統計方法來考驗各項研究假設。研究結果如下: 一、競賽選手的指導教師在執行培訓計畫上呈現高度的執行力。 二、不同教師背景變項對於執行培訓計畫並未出現顯著差異。 三、競賽選手獲獎與否對於指導教師培訓方式部分有顯著差異。 四、培訓方式的不同對於指導教師執行培訓計畫部分有顯著差異。 五、競賽選手在選手訓練接受度上呈現高度的接受情形。 六、不同競賽選手背景變項對於培訓接受度部份出現顯著差異。 最後,研究者依據本研究結果進行分析、歸納結論,並提出具體建 議,供未來研究參考之用。
The purpose of the study was to survey 2009 National Commerce-related Skills Competition of Senior High School Students’ acceptability and teachers’ practice. The main methodology is a questionnaire survey which including 136 teachers and 282 contestants in Taiwan. The data have been analyzed through statistical methods, such as t -test, one way analysis of variance, and test of homogeneity of proportions. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1. Teachers have high sores in practice of training program. 2. There is no significant different between teachers’ practice and the various training methods, except skill teachers better than substitute/ part-time teachers. 3. There are partial significant differences between the winners of competition and the various training methods. 4. There are partial significant differences between the training practice of teachers and the various training methods. 5. Contestants have high acceptability in practice of training program. 6. There are partial significant differences between the background of training contestants and acceptability. Finally, according to the results of the study, some suggestions and advices were derived to training teachers, contestants and for future research.
