網路調查方法在教育研究上可行性之探究:以國小學童人際關係與學校壓力之研究為例

An Investigation of Feasibility of Web-based Survey in Educational Research: A Study of the Relations between Interpersonal Relationships and School Stress of Elementary School Students

摘要


網路調查方法不同於紙筆問卷調查方法,它是一種利用網路虛擬世界來進行教育研究的新方法,故本研究以高雄市國小五、六年級學生694人為對象,進行兩種調查方法的比較,來探究網路調查方法在教育研究上之可行性,並了解學童人際關係與學校壓力之相關情形。研究結果得知網路調查方法和紙筆問卷調查方法都有良好的信度與效度,表示兩者都是有效的、可信賴的調查方法;另外兩種調查方法所獲得的學童人際關係都屬於中度知覺、學校壓力都屬於低度知覺,以及學童人際關係與學校壓力具有中度相關性,亦即透過兩種調查方法,學生所知覺到的人際關係與學校壓力的調查結果相同。由上可知,網路調查方法是傳統紙筆問卷調查法的可行替代方案,亦為教育研究提供了另一種可行的研究方法。

The web-based survey method and paper-and-pencil questionnaires survey method were different, because the web-based survey method employed the virtual world as the research tool to perform the research. The subjects came from 694 fifth and sixth graders in Kaohsiung. The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of web-based survey in educational research, and to understand the relations between interpersonal relationship and school stress of elementary school students. Followings were the findings from the study: 1. Both the web-based survey method and paper-and-pencil questionnaires survey method were reliable and valid survey methods. 2. Both the web-based survey method and paper-and-pencil questionnaires survey method showed the result of medium interpersonal relationship, low school stress, and medium correlations between interpersonal relationship and school stress of elementary school students. In conclusion, the web-based survey method represented a workable alternative plan to traditional paper-and-pencil questionnaires survey method. The web-based survey method also provided another research method for educational research.
