摘要


彈射椅訓練機之目的為使戰鬥機飛行員熟諳正確緊急逃生程序,航訓中心第三代訓練裝備之籌建,乃委託中科院第一研究所合作研發,在短短兩年內如期如質地完成美觀、安全的機具,使我國國防工業的科技再次擅揚於飛安領域,殊有歷史的意義。 此一航生裝備為多功能的單機系統,適用於空軍現役的各型戰鬥機,特別注重彈射的安全和瞬間G力的逼真感。硬體部分的教官台、飛機座艙、和彈射軌道,以及軟體部分的彈煞設計皆為自行開發,彈射氣缸亦為國內採購和整合。系統和各次系統皆講求甚高的安全係數,採用失效趨安全的設計理念,以降低訓練風險。 此項研製產品乃依據航訓中心所擬定之有關航空生理訓練要求,輔以中科院的飛行器模擬製造技術和經驗,最後通過嚴格品管的智慧結晶。在安裝驗收之前經過900多次配重負載和人員乘載的彈射試驗,明確地驗證其功能與安全,此非為外購時廠商所能企及之間延。另外,此自製模式的最惠為建立日後獨立自主的維修能量,值得國軍的支持和鼓勵。

Ejection seat trainer is utilized to familiarize fighter pilots with the proper procedure and timing during emergency egress. This project of designing and manufacturing the third generation ejection seat trainer was conducted by CSIST and in collaboration with APRL. It has been given to birth within two years and fully met the requirement and features. This example of success showed our science and technology in defense industry is undoubtedly capable to produce state-of-art simulator for promoting flying safety. It did mean a historic significance. This domestic device is a multi-purpose training system, which is to fit various types of fighter in service. During the phase of design, we paid much attention to installing redundant secure settings and generating lifelike ejection scenario. The hardware of the system consists of instructor console, aircraft cabin, and ejection tower and was all home made in plant. The software governing ejection and braking mechanism was elaboratively developed by our engineers. We adopted a locally fabricated ejection pneumatic actuator as propulsive power and confirmed its satisfied performance. To avoid life risk, high safety factor and fail to safe concept were considered and stressed throughout the process of construction Prior to building this trainer system, APRL has presented design recommendations concerning aspects of aerospace physiology and anthropology, which lead to the ultimate specification for simulating plot environment. In the past two years, our teamwork was so impressive that some barriers were overcome by brainstorm solutions. It is worthy to mention that after completing assembly, more than thousands of ejection tests have been performed to ensure the flawless quality and strict security. Above all, this native product is very beneficial to the owner for establishing the independent maintainability. We are looking forward to having more support and encouragement from our Armed Force to build cost-effect training equipment following this mode in the future.
