國軍空勤體檢執行現況的調查分析

本研究之目的為瞭解三軍飛行部隊空勤體檢的執行現況，並針對空勤體被項目的需求及滿意度進行調查。本研究對三軍飛行軍官採不記名方式的問卷調查，共發出1,651份，回收1,019份，調查內容包括航空醫官執行空勤體檢的項目、地點、時程等外在因素，以及飛行員對體檢滿意度、過程缺失、健康認知等內在因子分別予以評估。本研究中受訪者的反應為赴國軍醫院接受空勤體檢所需的單程時間在1小時內者佔56.6%，到院後即可完成全部體檢者僅佔58.7%，認為體檢標準嚴格者佔31.5%，對體驗的整體滿意度達的4%，對體檢的信賴度達77.7%，對基層航醫的信賴度達83.6%，認為航醫對飛行員的保健有助益者佔83.3%，對國防部指派「體檢醫療團隊」專責執行體檢作業能夠認同者佔87.3%。本研究的結果指出未來結合部隊航空醫官、臨床專科醫師、以及航空醫學的研究人員，對大樣本的體檢資科進行分析，將可俾益軍機飛行員的健康管理工作。

The goal of this study is to understand the condition of aeromedical examination for pilots of ROC Armed Force at present. It has been conducted using anomymous questionnaire to collect comments from each examinee. Totally, 1,651 copies were sent out, and 1,019 of them were recovered. The contents of investigation included the iten, place, and time course of medical examination. In addition, degree of satisfication, defect of procedure, and awareness of health care were also evaluated. As a result, the percent of taking about one hour to arrive at mititary hospitals, completing the examination in one trip, considering the standard of examination as strict, satisfying the procedure of examination, trusting the result of examination, having faith in flight surgeon, affirming the performance of heath care, and appreciating the team work of military hospitals were 56.6%, 58.7%, 31.5%, 63.4%, 77.7%, 83.6%, 83.3%, and 77.7% respectively. This investigation suggests that the database of annual physical examination shall be analyzed and understood by flight surgeon, c1inical specialist, and aeromedical researcher. It will be helpful for the health care of military pilots.
