This research uses the key event method combined with the content analysis method to study military officer with non-commissioned officer experiencer in the Air Force Tactical Control Wing. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the military officer with non-commissioned officer experiencer in the army, Exploring job satisfaction through key incidents of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the tested military personnel in the workplace. A total of 120 questionnaires were sent out, how many 100 valid questionnaires were collected, and the content analysis was carried out by the key event method. The results of the research and analysis mainly found the following three items. 1. Critical events of satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the work of military officers with non-commissioned officer experience. 2. The identity variation of personal data will be linked to job satisfaction. 3. Provide suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of military officers.
