職場健康促進在二十世紀末受到各國的關注,我國也在近幾年開始推動。雖然有許多研究證明,職場健康促進確實能提升員工的體適能與全人健康,但願意參與健康促進之職場仍然有限。因此,推行職場健康促進還需有關當局在政策上多加著墨,而本文是針對健康生活形態之面向,分析與探索營養與健康飲食、運動與體適能及體重控制等三方面,祈能有助於推行職場健康促進之體育專業從業人員。經彙整文獻之分析與歸納結果,顯示營養與健康飲食方面,需慎選食材,盡量以多樣化、多種顏色配合、以少鹽、少糖及少油的飲食原則;職場從事運動不僅能提高健康適能指標,亦能提升員工士氣、降低員工曠職及醫療保健費用;體重控制方面,雖然運動及飲食控制都有不錯的減肥成效,如能介入飲食控制與體適能相關的衛生教育課程,方能達成永續控制體重的目標。
Workplace health promote in 20 century's ends to receive worldwide attention, our country has also begun to promote in recent years. Although many studies have shown that workplace health promotion can really enhance the staff's physical fitness and wellness, but willing to participate in health-promoting workplace is still limited. Therefore, the carrying out workplace health promotes also to need for the policy on the more concerned and the focus, but this article aims at facing of the health lifestyle, analysis and exploration nutrition and healthy diet, exercise and physical fitness and weight control in three areas, pray to have help to implement workplace health promotion of the sport of professional practitioners. After analyzing references and summarized the results show that nutrition and healthy eating, the need to carefully choose ingredients, as far as diversity, multi-color co-ordination, by few salty, few sugars and few oil diet principle; Workplace makes in sport not only improve the health, fitness indicators, and will raise staff morale, reduce the staff absenteeism and medical care costs; weight control, although exercise and diet control had good success, if intervention is diet and fitness-related health education, can only achieve sustainable weight control goals.
