摘要

社會大眾普遍認為運動的參與，可以有效的培養運動家精神及正確價值觀，但因資訊科技、影視媒體的發達及功利主義的抬頭，進而影響了運動員的道德價值觀，導致運動暴力事件、假球事件或禁藥風波等屢見不鮮。尤其近年來中華職業棒球大聯盟(Chinese Professional Baseball League, CPBL)所爆發的假球或運動暴力事件，這些都不禁讓人懷疑參與運動及體育活動是否真的能夠培養其價值觀？同時更對我國棒球運動造成嚴重的傷害，因為中華職業棒球大聯盟可說是國內棒球的最高殿堂，更是許多小球員們，努力的方向。因此本文主要在探討道德發展的相關理論及運動道德培養的方法，以期望能協助運動員培養出正確的道德價值觀及道德判斷能力。

In the society, most people thinks that participating in sports can develop sportsmanship efficiently and the value correctly; however, due to internet technology, media development and the starting of utilitarianism, it has affected the ethic values of sportsmen, such as sports violence, playing fake games and taking drugs, etc. The Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL), in particular, during the last few years, it has happened many cases regarding fake games or sports violence. These can't stop people from wondering if participating in sports activities can really develop the right value? At the same time, it is seriously hurting our baseball culture in Taiwan. CPBL is like the royalty in Taiwan and to most young players, this is the dream. In this article, it is mainly discussing some related theories to ethic values and ways of ethic judgement. Hopefully, it can assist sportsmen develop the right ethic value and the correct ethic judgement.
