青出於籃-品格教育融入籃球教學之行動研究

摘要


本研究旨在以行動研究的方式,探討品格教育融入籃球教學歷程中,高關懷青少年學生責任層級的表現情形,過程中面臨的問題及因應對策,最後做出教學反思,進而促進研究者的專業成長。研究參與者為桃園縣青春國中高關懷男學生12 名,運用Don Hellison 所提倡的TPSR 責任模式設計22 節的行動方案課程,以錄影觀察、教師日誌、學生學習資料、訪談做為資料蒐集的方式。研究結果發現:這是一套可行的課程方案,學生在體育館內的品格表現獲得改善,也看出轉移出體育館的可能性。過程中遭遇的問題與因應策略為:1.小組討論品質不佳:讓每人輪流發言、設置主持人引導發言、控制討論時間、針對比賽表現反省;2.轉移的困難:利用課內外時間讓學生多做反省、使用課程介入;3.衝突之發生:舉行團體反省會議;4.部份成效不佳的案例:發揮同儕影響力、加強建立他們的信心。上述策略使問題逐漸獲得改善,TPSR 的課程對高關懷的學生有正面的影響力,而研究者也從中獲得TPSR 責任模式課程設計與教學、帶領高關懷學生等方面的專業成長。

This study seeks to investigate the responsibility levels of high-risk adolescents in the education of character in basketball curricula. It also involves the problems in the process and the strategy employed to overcome these problems, leading to a reflection of teaching and the expertise of the researcher. Twelve male high-risk adolescents of Qingchun Junior High School in Taoyuan County participated in the study, which employed twenty-two action courses based on Don Hellison’s Teaching Personal and Social Responsibilitymodel(TPSR). Sources used in this study include video surveillance, teachers’ journals, student performance records and interviews. The research shows that this is a feasible curriculum option. Students improved their performance in terms of their conduct on the gym and the spillover effect could also be observed off-gym. The problems and the solutions in the process include 1) group discussions that led nowhere: have each student take turns in speaking and designate a host to guide them and control the time to reflect on the game; 2)difficulties in transition: use their time in school, including interventions through regular courses, for reflections on their lives; 3) conflicts: host group reasoning sessions; 4) cases where methods proved less effective: let the others influence their behavior and rebuild their confidence. The above strategies gradually removed the obstacles and TPSR has proved to be a positive influence on these high-risk adolescents. The researcher has also gained invaluable expertise through the design and implementation of the TPSR responsibility-based courses and leading these adolescents.
