This research is an analysis of body motions of skirmishers' target-throwing in hand grenade throwing. We get the instantaneous initial velocity, and the angles and speed of wrist joint, elbow joint, and shoulder joint at the throwing moment in order to establish kinematics parameters of skirmishers' target-throwing. The objects are the army Major athletic directors who have rich experiences in acting as the hand grenade throwing instructors. We use Kwon3D motion analysis system to calculate and get every kinematics parameters which we draw conclusions from. Firstly, when the angles of elbow joints of the target-throwing skirmishers' are smaller than the basic throwing angles, their shoulder angles have no difference. Secondly, whlie the speed of elbow joints of these throwers are slower than the basic throwing speed, their shoulder speed has no discrepancy. Thirdly, when carrying out the skirmishers' target-throwing, the throwers should change their angles and speed of the elbow joints in order to lower the horizontal displacements and increase the throwing accuracy.
