職業性肌肉骨骼傷害預防導向的體育課程設計

Designing of an Occupational Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention Oriented Physical Education Curriculum

摘要


體育運動對健康的幫助逐漸受到國人的重視。然而進入職場後,繁重的工作壓力下,人們往往容易疏忽規律運動對健康的影響,長期下來常須面對職業疾病的發生。學校體育教育是學生學習預防相關疾病的重要階段,有效的教學策略及課程設計能使學生獲得更全面的健康知識,並習得「帶得走的能力」。大學體育課是學生進入社會前,學習終身規律運動及維護身體健康的最後機會,亦為學校體育教育的最後一哩路,因此,大學體育課程的實施,應強調體育課上課時間為「學習時間」,始不致淪為「運動時間」,如此臺灣的大學體育課,才能真正的達成其教育目標。本文系統性回顧相關文獻,說明常見職業性肌肉骨骼傷害和我國大專院校體育課程實施現況,並進行整體結合性探討,提出體育課程因應職業性肌肉骨骼傷害之可能作法,希望透過體育課程健全學生相關健康知識,而進一步預防職業傷病的發生。

The importance of physical exercises has been well acknowledged nowadays. However, after graduating from school, most people experience a lack of regular physical exercise along with the stress from work. Some occupational diseases occur, as a result. School physical education should take a more serious role in helping people dealing with this problem. Since colleges provide the final opportunity for students to be involved in systematic physical education instruction before entering the labor market, it seems reasonable to hold collegiate PE instructors accountable to equip the students with a sound knowledge in occupational injury prevention. Physical education courses are imperative for students to learn meaningful lessons about their body, rather than being treated as merely a time for exercise. Abilities required solving problems that students my encounter in a future time should be included in the formal teaching and learning activities. In this article, we reviewed literatures concerning the causes of occupational injuries and diseases, as well as the current practices of physical education in Taiwan. The roles that physical education can perform regarding the prevention of occupational musculoskeletal injuries were discussed. We hope that the negative impacts of occupational injuries and diseases may decrease by introducing relevant concepts and skills in school physical education classes.
