新北市國中田徑運動代表隊選手參與動機與阻礙因素之研究

本研究旨在探討新北市國中田徑運動代表隊選手參與動機與阻礙因素之現況，並比較不同背景變項選手之間的差異情形。以新北市國中有設有田徑運動代表隊之選手為調查對象，並採用獨立樣本t考驗檢定、單因子變數差異分析、雪費法事後比較及皮爾遜積差相關等統計法分析資料後，獲得以下結果：在比較新北市國中田徑運動代表隊選手參與動機的差異情形時，不同參加田徑運動時間選手參與田徑運動動機在「運動發展成就」因素上達顯著差異。不同每週訓練時數選手參與田徑運動動機在「訓練比賽情境」、「運動發展成就」及「身體心理效益」因素達顯著差異。在比較新北市國中田徑運動代表隊選手阻礙因素的差異情形時，不同性別在「個人内在」、「個人外在」、「成就需求」、「經費設施」等四項因素達顯著差異。新北市國中田徑運動大表隊參與動機與阻礙因素達顯著附相關，顯是選手參與動機越高，阻礙因素就越低。

There are three involving motivation factors for New Taipei City athletics team players, which include ＂training and competition situation＂, ＂achievements＂ and ＂the effectiveness of physical and psychological＂; and four hindering factors are ＂individual intrinsic factor＂, ＂individual extrinsic factor＂, ＂achievement demanding＂ and ＂budget and equipment＂. First, when comparing the motivation of attending the competition for New Taipei City athletics, the timing differences brought notable different consequence of ＂achievements＂. The number of training hours different in weekly shows the dissimilarities of athletics' motivation in factors of ＂training and competition situation＂, ＂achievements＂ and ＂the effectiveness of physical and psychological＂. Second, while comparing the differences of hindering factors among the athletics, there are notable differences for ＂individual intrinsic factor＂, ＂individual extrinsic factor＂, ＂achievement demanding＂ and ＂budget and equipment＂. Third, it shows the negative correlation between attending motivation factors and hindering factors of the Junior high school athletics from New Taipei City. The higher of involving motivation factors the lower of hindering factors.
