Netting is a complex movement pattern that involves specific motor skills and a high level of multiple bodily functions. Previous studies have suggested that the prerequisites for its achievement include the comprehensive development of muscular strength, explosive power, speed and agility. Since there is still a lack of a large number of actual research foundations on conditioning performance, the real face of the conditioning performance of soft tennis players still needs to be joined by relevant research. The author summarizes the relevant research literature, and proposes that on the basis of the main factors of conditioning of soft tennis players obtained in the previous research, multiple regression analysis and stepwise regression analysis are used to observe the degree of correlation between designed predictors (conditioning factors) and the efficacy criteria (e.g. skill performance). It can be used as a reference for coaches, players and aspiring researchers in training and adjustment, and as a suggestion for future research directions.
