The two-boxer face-to-face confrontation, standing in a limited space, coupled with the roar of the audience surrounding them. At this moment, the boxing referee keeps an eye on every movement of both sides, moves between boxers, and immediately gestures to determine the rules in an instant. The training and development of an excellent boxing referee requires a series of planning and learning. In this article, I started with the meaning of using boxing referees to influence the outcome of a match, and described the psychological factors that affect boxing referees during a match. Further, how to improve the perception of muscle movement and strengthen imagery training as " Feeling of punching". Finally, this article explored the formation of a clear impression of movement.
