排球裁判執法態度影響因素之研究

The Research of the Factors Affecting the Volleyball Referees' Administrative Attitude

摘要


本研究的目的,為了解影響排球裁判執法態度的因素,並探討不同性別、經歷、資歷及證照級別在執法態度因素上的差異,透過裁判執法焦慮量表,探討與裁判執法態度及各影響因素間的相關。本研究採量表調查法,以九十學年度大專院校排球聯賽裁判97人為受試對象,並以排球裁判執法經驗調查表、排球裁判執法態度量表及排球裁判執法焦慮量表為蒐集資料的工具,調查結果以因素分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、鄧肯事後檢定及Pearson積差相關等統計方法加以考驗,獲致以下結論:一、影響排球裁判執法態度的因素有六項,分別命名為:自我認知、自我期許、專業精神、公正、憂慮及自我要求。二、不同性別排球裁判在執法態度上有顯著差異,在自我認知、專業精神及公正等因素有顯著差異,男性裁判得分高於女性裁判。三、不同經歷排球裁判在執法態度上有顯著差異,國際賽經歷裁判得分高於全國性、聯賽最優級及其他比賽經歷裁判。在自我認知、憂慮及自我要求等因素,國際賽經歷裁判得分顯著高於其他比賽經歷裁判。四、不同資歷排球裁判在執法態度上並無顯著差異,但在自我認知因素20年以上資歷得分顯著高於10年以下資歷裁判,16-20年資歷裁判得分顯著高於1-5年資歷裁判,在自我要求因素16-20年資歷裁判得分顯著高於10年以下資歷裁判。五、不同證照級別裁判在執法態度上無顯著差異,而在自我認知因素國家裁判以上證照得分顯著高於國家C級、大專裁判。六、排球裁判執法態度及各影響因素與排球裁判執法焦慮均有顯著的負相關。

The purpose of this research is to understand the factors affecting the administrative attitudes of the volleyball referees, and also to investigate the differences in those factors of different sexes, experiences, histories and class-identification. Through the measurement of the anxiety that the referees encounter when doing their job, we can know the relationship between their administrative attitudes and different affecting factors. The research uses this measurement, and 97 referees of the 90th Inter-College volleyball competition are chosen to take part in the experiment. It uses the measurement of experiences of the volleyball referees, the measurement of the administrative attitudes of the volleyball referees, and the measurement of the administrative anxiety of the volleyball referees as their tools to collect data. The result is then examined again by using the following statistic methods: the factor analysis, the t test, one-way ANOVA, the Duncan's review and the Pearson's examination of product differences. And the following conclusions are made: 1. There are six items which affect the administrative attitudes of volleyball referees, and they are named separately as: self-knowledge, self-expectation, dedication to one's profession, justice, anxiety and self-requirement. 2. There are remarkable differences in the administrative attitudes of referees of different sexes. Obvious differences are seen in their self-knowledge, dedication to one's profession and justice. Male referees get higher marks than the female ones in the experiment. 3. Volleyball referees with different experiences have obvious differences in their administrative attitudes. In the experiment, referees who have experiences taking part in international matches get higher marks than referees who have experiences taking part in national matches and any other matches. 4. Referees of different historic backgrounds have no obvious differences in administrative attitudes. However, in the factor of self-knowledge, referees who have 20-year-long working experiences get higher marks than those who have less than 10-year-long experiences. Obviously, referees who have working experiences of 16-20 years get higher marks than the referees who just have working experiences of 1-5 years. In the factor of self-requirement, referees who have working experiences of 16-20 years get higher marks than the referees who just have working experiences of 1-5 years. In the factor of self-requirement, referees who have working experiences of 16-20 years get higher marks than the referees who just have working experiences of less than 10 years. 5. Referees of different class have no obvious differences in their administrative attitudes. And in the factor of self-knowledge, the referees of national judging class get higher marks than the referees of national class-C or college judging class. 6. The administrative attitudes and all other related affecting factor have a negative relationship with the referees' levels of anxiety.
