海派中醫不孕症暨胎孕產後臨床醫案舉隅

An Application of the Shanghai School Approach in Infertility and Postpartum Treatment

摘要

這個病歷所載的，是一位41歲婦女，於兩年前（39歲）產下第一胎。回顧當時孕程，自妊娠16週開始劇烈宮縮，期間數度住院治療，絕對臥床5個多月，直到妊娠38週施行剖腹產。高齡產婦加上產後失調，導致繼發性不孕症。筆者承襲上海派國醫朱士宗、朱樺大夫學說，在這個病例中先後治療了帶下病、月經病、不孕症、子宮出血先兆流產、妊娠腹痛、妊娠水腫，以及產後崩漏等疾患，並施于「膏滋方」進行體質調理，前後歷時近一年。回顧整個療程，傳統中醫不僅提供了有別於現代醫學另外的選擇，對於改善病患生活品質也能看到顯效。在此提出本案，以供讀者一窺海派婦科醫學的治療特色。

This essay documents a case of a 41 year-old woman with various gynecological conditions after the first pregnancy at the age of 39. The patient began to experience drastic uterine contractions when reached the 16th week of the first pregnancy. She was checked in the hospital a few time and ordered the full bed rest for more than 5 months by the gynecologist, until a Caesarean section was performed at the 38th week of pregnancy. The patient also had suffered from the infertility due to the late pregnancy and the postpartum disorder.Dr. Li-Wei Tu had studied from the renown Dr. Shi Tsong Chu and Hua Chu, both of whom specialized in the Shanghai school of Chinese medicine. This case is a demonstration of the Shanghai school therapy in practice of treating leukorrhea, luteal phase, infertility, threatened abortion, uterine cramping, edema in pregnancy, hemorrhage, while conditioning the patient's body energy with the ”nourishing paste formula” for over one year of time. Reflecting the entire treatment, the traditional Chinese Medicine had not only provided an alternative from the modern medicine, but had delivered a significant improvement to the patient's quality of life. This essay allows the readers an access to the unique characteristics of the Shanghai school gynecology.
