摘要

本研究主要在探討國立科學工藝博物館志工參與動機，在316份有效問卷中，以女性，已婚者、有信仰者、家庭主婦、高中以上學歷、長期性的一般志工居多，年齡層集中於40-59歲之間，服務五年以上者近半數。受訪者參與工博館志願服務動機構面的排序以「社會需求動機」為最高，「意願實現動機」為最低。

This research discussed mainly on the volunteers' participating motivations at the National Science and Technology Museum. In the 316 valid questionnaires, most of the interviewers are long term volunteers who have been served at the museum for over 5 years. They are mainly 40 to 59 years-old housewives with religions who were graduated from high schools or over. The highest ranking of their motivations to join the voluntary services at the National Science and Technology Museum is ”the demand of the society” and the lowest ranking is the choice of ”accomplishing their own wills”.
