本研究在探討國立科學工藝博物館志工特質與組織承諾之差異性,並探討與參與動機之相關研究。受訪者之組織承諾構面最高為「努力意願」,最低爲「留職意願」。受訪者個人特質之性別、婚姻、職業、類別與組織承諾在「努力意願」有顯著差異。而參與動機與組織承諾之相關除「努力意願」分別與「社會需求」及「知識技能」無相關外,其他構面均呈現正相關。
This research discussed the differences of the volunteers' characteristics and their organizational commitment and their participating motivation in the National Science and Technology Museum. The highest ranking of their organizational commitment is the ”motivation to succeed” and the lowest one is the ”tendency to retain position”. The volunteers' sex, marriage status, vocation and catalog were different on ”the motivation to succeed”. In regard of participating motivation and organizational commitment, ”the motivation to succeed” is not related to ”the motivation of social response” and ”the satisfaction of knowledge”, but others are significantly positive related.
