博物館網絡合作過程剖析

A Study on the Collaborative Process of Museum Networks

摘要


博物館網絡合作的倡議已久,本研究由組織管理的取向切入此一現象,探究博物館網絡合作過程。研究使用半結構式的訪談,研究對象分不同的機構類型共計20位受訪者。研究結果顯示博物館網絡合作過程,涉及博物館間多樣的目的而產生複雜的互動;合作網絡形成過程有不同的階段,根據其活動的焦點或是考量而有所不同。本研究針對網絡合作發展互動過程的三個階段:問題設定、方向設定及實踐過程等進行探究,以釐清網絡合作的目標、合作共識、合作關係;同時了解網絡如何創造有價值的合作活動、如何進行關係的維護、如何在互動過程中學習與檢視及評量合作成效,以擴展合作範圍及深度。

Museum networks are becoming more common in practice. The author adopted organizational and management theories to discover more about the network phenomenon. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 practitioners from different organizations. The findings showed that the collaborative process of museum networks would be affected by the aim of collaboration. This research identified three collaborative processes: problem setting, direction setting and implementation. It required identification of the issues that joined the museum networks and built common purpose. The partners should bring their interests to the collaboration. It was important to maintain the relationship, deal with constituencies, and monitor the efficiency.
