從生命關懷的角度省思我國宗教與殯葬政策的問題與展望

摘要

目前學界對於宗教與殯葬政策雖有部分探討，然主要是就制度管理層面加以論述，缺乏從生命關懷的角度加以綜合省思其問題並提出未來發展方向，而此即為本文之研究目的。具體而言，本文首先從生命關懷省思宗教與殯葬政策的五項問題：「宗教觀光政策淪於宗教世俗化與異化」、「綠色殯葬政策有失心靈療癒」、「宗教與殯葬教育倫理道德之揚棄」、「殯葬服務升級忽略殯葬生死與禮義」，以及「宗教立法未認識多元主義與文化瞭解」；其次，從生命關懷的角度提出宗教與殯葬政策的發展方向建議，計有五個構面：「仁民愛物與宗教文化政策、寵物殯葬政策」、「醫療養生與宗教療癒園區、終活生前安排」、「修身養性與宗教團體宣講、殯葬評鑑獎勵」、「殯葬生死與政教禮儀互助、殯葬產學合作」，以及「終極關懷與學校宗教教育、殯葬生命教育」。最終希望政府能營造出一個適合宗教文化多元發展的環境，以及重視傳統生死文化的殯葬風氣，讓民眾能夠在饒富生命關懷的社會中健全成長。

At present, there are some discussions on religious and funeral policy in academic circles, but those are mainly discussed from the institution and management level, lacking comprehensive reflection from the perspective of life care and future direction of development, which is the research purpose of this paper. Specifically, this paper first reflects on five problems concerning religious and funeral policies from the perspective of life care: ''Religious tourism policy falls into religious secularization and alienation,'' ''Green funeral policy lacks spiritual healing,'' ''Religious and funeral education abandon ethics and morality,'' ''Upgrading of funeral service neglects funeral life and death and ritual righteousness,'' and ''Religious legislation does not recognize pluralism and cultural understanding.'' Furthermore, there are five aspects for suggestions concerning the development direction of religious and funeral policies from the perspective of life care: ''benevolence for the people and love for things related to religious cultural policies and pet funeral policy ,'' ''medical care related to religious healing park and eventually living arrangements before his death,'' ''self-cultivation related to religious groups preaching and funeral evaluation award,'' ''funeral life and death related to politics-religion etiquette mutual help and cooperation between funeral industry and education,'' and ''ultimate concern related to religious education in schools and funeral life education.'' Finally, we hope that the government can create an environment suitable for the pluralistic development of religious culture, and attach importance to the funeral custom of traditional life and death culture so that people can grow up healthily in a society rich in life care.
