心肌血流灌注造影發現非心臟病兆－病例報告
Non-Cardiac Lesions in Myocardial Perfusion Imaging- Case Report
摘要
本文為於進行心肌血流灌注造影（myocardial perfusion imaging）發現非心臟病灶（non-cardiac lesions）之個案報告。本院核醫科受檢由心臟內科轉介之胸悶、呼吸困難症狀病人進行心肌血流灌注掃描，於原始未重組影像中呈現左中葉具Tl-201 chloride 之異常吸收。經電腦斷層（computed Tomography）、電腦斷層導引組織切片（CT guide biopsy）及病理檢驗呈現小細胞肺癌（small cell lung cancer）。提供本案供同業先進參考，建議進行心肌血流灌注造影時留意視野內（FOV）是否有核醫藥物的異常吸收。

This was a case report of non-cardiac lesions in myocardial perfusion imaging. We carried out the myocardial perfusion imaging case transferred from cardiology department due to chest tightness and dyspnea on exertion. The non-reconstruction image of myocardial perfusion imaging showed Tl-201 chloride uptake on left lung middle lobe. CT, CT guide biopsy and pathological results showed small cell lung cancer. Paying attention to check abnormal isotope uptake in the myocardial perfusion imaging FOV is necessary. We addressed this case report to the radiological technologists for commenting.
