利用雙能X光吸收儀DXA執行體脂肪測定評估代謝症候群之相關性

Evaluation of the Association of Metabolic Syndrome with DEXA Performing Body Fat Determination

摘要


代謝症候群相關之疾病如心臟疾病(高血壓性疾病除外)、腦血管疾病、糖尿病、高血壓性疾病、腎炎、腎病症候群及腎病變,各項加總之死亡率(每十萬人229人)高於癌症之死亡率,故代謝症候群的影響不容小覷。本研究共收集男性110(45.0%)名與女性134名(55%)共244 名受試者使用雙能量X光吸收儀測量全身體脂肪率,並收集受試者之相關家族病史、工作性質並測量其代謝症候群因子例如:腰圍、血壓、空腹血糖、空腹三酸甘油酯、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇及等數據做為診斷的依據。我們將全身體脂率與代謝症候群的診斷透過接受者操作特徵曲線(receiver operating characteristic curve, ROC)分析,並計算ROC曲線下方的面積(Area under the Curve of ROC,AUC ROC)。由我們實驗數據發現AUC大於0.70,且敏感性大於77.78%及特異性大於69.57%,這樣的結果顯示以雙能量X光吸收儀執行體脂肪測定並評估體脂率與代謝症侯群是可行且精確的。

The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced that the top ten causes of death in 107 years showed that cancer still ranks first place (206.9 per 100,000 people), but diseases related to metabolic syndrome (eg: heart diseases (except for hypertensive diseases) , cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertensive diseases, nephritis, Kidney syndrome and kidney diseases.) The total mortality rate (229 per 100,000 people) is higher than the cancer mortality rate, so the impact of metabolic syndrome should be noticed. A total of 244 males (45.0%) and 134 females (55%) were enrolled in this study. Percentage of body fat was measured by DXA (Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry). And collect related family history, work characteristics and measure their metabolic syndrome factors such as: waist circumference, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, fasting triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and other data as a basis for diagnosis. We analyzed the percentage of body fat and metabolic syndrome by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) and calculated the area under the ROC curve (Area under the Curve of ROC, AUC ROC). From our experimental data, we found that AUC is greater than 0.70, sensitivity and specificity are greater than 69%. This results show that the percentage of body fat measure by DXA is an indicator for evaluating metabolic syndrome.
