自主簡樸生活型態的實踐COVID-19給全球人的啟示

The Practice of Voluntary Simplicity Life Style- The Insight for the Global People by COVID-19

摘要


2020年至今全球受到COVID-19病毒的影響相當大,原本如常的生活產生巨大的改變,線上工作、線上學習、線上採購、線上聚會、線上互動;許多人為了自我保護,主動或被動選擇自主居家防護,生活的範疇變得更小,但究竟傳播力快速的病毒究竟帶給人們的啟示為何?本文試從自主簡樸的意義、重要性與批判,重新看見自主簡樸生活型態的起源與內涵,進而提出自主簡樸生活型態實踐之道,並洞見自主簡樸生活實踐過程教育的重要性。本文經文獻分析,發現21世紀該是人類重返自主簡樸生活型態的關鍵時刻,更是面對及因應疫情,可行且值得力行的新生活型態。

Since 2020, the world has been greatly affected by the COVID-19. Many daily lives have undergone huge changes, such as online work, online learning, online purchasing, and online interaction; moreover, many people choose to isolate themselves at home for self-protection, but what the inspiration for people from the fast-spreading virus is? This article advocates that the wisdom and habits of voluntary simplicity life should be a viable and worthwhile new life style in response to the epidemic. This article attempts to discuss the concept of voluntary simplicity, the theoretical basement, and put forward the feasible practice of voluntary simplicity life style, and furthermore gain insights into the importance of education for the practice of voluntary simplicity.
