摘要

本研究致力於人機互動的議題，以網路書店為例，探討及規劃行動裝置（例如：個人數位助理PDA）版本之網頁所需要的功能，以及實作出符合人性化介面之行動商務網頁，並以使用性問卷測試使用者滿意度，確定其符合人機介面之準則，以作為小螢幕網頁設計之參考。其次，本研究進一步研究跨異質介面的轉換機制與建置，建議可利用XML兼容各類資訊平台系統的資料溝通、分享的特性，以模組化的方式套用於各個行動裝置，使個人電腦PC版之網頁易於轉換成小螢幕介面網頁，提升設計人員網頁開發的效率。本研究期許使用者能帶著輕鬆的心情，利用行動裝置完成其網上操作行為，進而達成行動商務的發展。

The study dedicated to the issue of human-computer interaction (HCI) for an E-bookstore. The study aimed to implement a usable mobile commerce website based on the required features of personal digital assistants (PDAs). The related information has been collected and analyzed for ensuring to match the criteria of HCI design. Further, a cross hetero-interface and transferable mechanism is also included here. It might be suitable for communicating compatible information with heterogeneous platform of system and sharing data by XML technologies for PDA. This study expects that users can fulfill the transaction of commerce pleasantly for mobile access and toward the development of mobile commerce.
