轉換到雲端ERP系統意願:雙因子理論與資訊系統成功之觀點

Switching Intention to Cloud ERP Systems: The Perspective of A Two-Factor Theory and Information System Success Model

摘要


結合雲端科技的發展,使用雲端ERP系統會是提高企業競爭力的一種不錯選項。然而,很少學者研究企業從傳統ERP系統轉換到雲端ERP系統的意願。本研究之目的在探討哪些因子影響企業轉換到雲端ERP系統的意願。因此,本研究採用雙因子理論和資訊系統成功模型之構念,提出本研究模型,共包含七個構念(系統品質、資訊品質、舊系統使用廣度、舊系統滿意度、轉換利益、轉換成本、轉換意願)和六條假設。研究對象為已導入傳統ERP系統的企業管理者,共回收256份有效問卷,透過結構方程模型分析構念之間的關係。研究結果顯示:系統品質與轉換利益、舊系統滿意度與轉換成本、舊系統使用廣度與轉換成本、轉換利益與轉換意願、轉換成本與轉換意願之間的關係都證實成立。此外,實證結果亦顯示:轉換利益在系統品質與轉換意願間扮演中介的角色,而轉換成本在舊系統使用廣度與滿意度對於轉換利益的影響具有中介效果。本研究提出轉換到雲端ERP系統的研究理論與模型,為學術及實務提供了相應的建議。未來企業欲轉換到雲端ERP系統的相關實務設計可參考本研究模型,在系統與使用者行為方面訂定適當的管理措施。

With the development of cloud technology, using cloud ERP system would be a good choice to increase competitive advantages for organizations. However, few studies have investigated the switching intentions from traditional ERP systems to cloud ERP systems. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that successfully help organizations to switch to cloud ERP systems. By Extending the two-factor theory and information system success model, we propose our research model including seven constructs (i.e., system quality, information quality, breadth of use, satisfaction, switching benefit, switching costs, and switching intention) and develop six hypotheses. By collecting 256 data from Taiwan, structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the relationships between constructs. The results show that there are significant relationships between system quality and switching benefits, between satisfaction and switching costs, between breadth of use and switching costs, between switching benefits and switching intentions, between switching costs and switching intentions. In addition, the relationship between system quality and switching intention is mediated by switching benefit, the relationship between breadth of use and switching intention is mediated by switching costs, and the relationship between satisfaction and switching intention is mediated by switching costs. This study contributes to theoretical research related to switch to cloud systems and provides implications for theory and practice.
