國小學童運用動態幾何軟體學習三角形面積成效之研究

The Effect of Elementary Students to Learn the Triangular Area Measurement in the Geometer's Sketchpad

摘要


本研究主要目的在於比較「G.S.P.輔助」和「傳統講述式」兩種教學法,對國小五年級學童在三角形面積的學習成就之差異,及G.S.P.輔助教學是否因此提升學童的學習態度和學習興趣。 研究方法為實驗研究法,採等組前測-後測設計。研究樣本為屏東縣某國小五年級二班共51位學生,任選一班(26位)為實驗組,另一班(25位)為控制組,實驗組實施G.S.P.輔助教學,控制組實施傳統講述式教學。本實驗教學為六節課,每節40分鐘。經實驗結果,發現如下: 1.在三角形面積學習成就方面,實驗組學生平均數顯著優於控制組。 2.針對六次形成性評量結果,發現除了第二次外,其餘五次的平均分數,實驗組比控制組高,且兩組均正向發展。 3.G.S.P.輔助教學發現對數學學習態度與學習興趣有明顯的助益。

The purpose for this study is to compare the effect of ”the G.S.P group” which received the computer assisted instruction with ”the traditionally instruction group” to learn triangular area courses, and whether the G. S. P. assistant teaching method can promote pupils' attitudes and interests of learning or not. The approach facilitated in this study was the Experimental research method, with pretest and posttest for parallel groups. All the 51 examined pupils were random chosen from the two classes in 5th grade of a certain elementary school in Pingtung, one class (26 persons) assigned as the experimental group and the others (25 persons) as the control group. While the former learned the G.S.P activities, the latter exercised randomly through the traditionally descriptive teaching method .The experimental taught 6 times and each time was taken 40 minutes, it showed: 1. In the aspect of learning triangular area measurement, the average scores of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group. 2. While formative evaluations of all those six learning results were noted, it indicated that all the average scores except the second one of the experimental group were better than that of the control group. Nevertheless both of the groups were making progress. 3. The results of this research indicated that the G.S.P. assistant teaching method can significantly help to promote pupils' attitudes and interests of learning.
