Construction and Examination of Structural Equation Model of Leisure Participation, Spiritual Functions of Leisure and Well-Being

摘要

本研究旨在建構及驗證休閒參與、休閒靈性功能及幸福感三者的線性結構關係模式，以中部地區391名大學生為研究對象，並以線性結構關係模式（LISREL）之統計分析進行模式驗證。根據研究結果，模式的適配度指標，χ²/df=2.77、RMSEA=0.067、GFI=0.94、CFI=0.90、IFI=0.90、NNFI=0.87、PNFI=0.67、PGFI=0.62，顯示本模式具有良好的適配度。其次，根據模式，休閒參與可以顯著地預測休閒靈性功能、休閒靈性功能可以顯著地預測幸福感、休閒參與可以顯著地預測幸福感。並且，休閒參與可以透過休閒靈性功能間接影響幸福感。最後根據本研究的發現進行討論，並提出相關建議。

The purpose of this study was to construct and examine the structural equation model between the variables of leisure participation, spiritual functions of leisure and well-being. There were total 391 undergraduate students from central Taichung as participants. Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) was employed to examine the hypothesized model. The goodness of fit statistics for this alternative model were χ²/df=2.77, RMSEA=0.067, GFI=0.94, CFI=0.90, IFI=0.90, NNFI=0.87, PNFI=0.67, PGFI=0.62. In addition, according to this model, the leisure participation could validly predict spiritual functions of leisure. The spiritual functions of leisure could validly predict well-being. The leisure participation could validly predict well-being. The leisure participation could indirect influence well-being through spiritual functions of leisure. Finally, based on the research findings, the discussion was further posed and the upcoming research directions were proposed.
