摘要

儘管政治權力關係和資源利益分配始終在觀光事務中扮演非常重要的角色，但長期以來，這個非常重要的面向，卻備受政治科學和觀光研究忽略。基此，透過對於觀光和政治不同面向互動關係的扼要反省與討論，本文將嘗試針對「觀光政治學」的發展根源、研究主題和發展困境，進行評介與討論。本文希望強調的是，觀光活動的發展與進行，一方面不僅無法擺脫政治力量的影響；二方面，也無法阻擋其自身產生政治上的效應，特別是在觀光業（Tourism Industry）已經成為全球不可忽視的一個新興產業之際。

While political power and resource allocation are playing a critical role in tourism, political science and tourism studies have ignored these facets for a long period. By a brief reflection on various dimensions of the relationship between tourism and politics, this article makes an effort to present the origins, themes, and dilemma within the field of politics of tourism.
