摘要

此篇論文採用Buzan及Waever之區域安全複合體理論分析東亞各國對美國轉向亞洲戰略之反應。由於美國轉向牽涉軍事、經濟、政治、社會及環境等面向，本研究試圖整合美國轉向戰略的影響以及東亞各國反應，以之描繪東亞的區域情勢。作者認為，將前述區域安全複合體架構運用於美國的轉向亞洲政策，將有助於進行安全議題的跨領域整合，尤其是軍事及經濟領域，因為戰略／軍事議題可能影響貿易，而經濟議題也能影響戰略考量。

This paper employs Buzan and Waever's Regional Security Complex Theory to analyze the reaction of East Asian states to the US Pivot to Asia. As the Pivot involves measures across military, economic, political, societal and environmental sectors, this research will attempt to integrate the effects of the Pivot and East Asian states' reactions to the Pivot for the purpose of outlining potential outcomes across the East Asian region.
