Different countries' positions and attitudes addressing climate change are influenced by technological, economic, domestic as well as international politics, and cultural value of a society. Thus, climate change studies must involve cultural perspective analyses. This paper concludes that cognitions of and actions toward climate change of individuals and groups are determined by culture. Besides, culture will adjust itself in order to cope with radical environmental change if climate change impacts are too great. Furthermore, cultural factors have certain effects on the formation of national climate policy. And, it also decides each country's negotiation strategies and the outcome of international climate negotiations.
