現代國家對於軍事部門人力資源之構成,除以現役軍職軍官外,另包括具有公務員身分之文職人員。文職人員之進用目的在於借重其專業,以協助軍事任務的遂行。故本研究係以組織行為學之理論為基礎,來探討影響國軍文官工作滿意度之因素。本研究主在探討組織成員的工作價值觀、工作投入及其工作滿意度間的關聯性,研究之資料採問卷調查方式蒐集,以任職於國防部部本部文官為抽樣樣本。本研究結果顯示如下:1.工作價值觀之「存在價值」構面與工作投入間呈顯著正相關;「薪資認知」構面與工作投入間呈顯著負相關。2.工作價值觀之「內在價值」構面與工作滿意度間呈顯著正相關。3.工作投入之「敬業精神」及「努力程度」兩構面與工作滿意度間均呈顯著正相關。本研究依研究結果向軍事單位提供相關建議,並對學術及實務上的管理意涵加以詳細討論。
The personnel of the modern military organizations in most countries is composed of both active duty officers and civil servants. The purpose of recruitment for civil servants is to utilize their expertise and help attaining military goals. Therefore, based on relevant theories in the area of organizational behaviors, this study aims to explore the factors that influence civil servants' job satisfaction. Relationships between views of work, job involvement, and job satisfaction were examined in this study. By using questionnaires, this study collects data from the samples of civil servants in the Ministry of National Defense of R.O.C.The empirical results in this study are shown as follows. 1. The intrinsic value of views of work is positively related to job involvement and the compensation of work is negatively related to job involvement. 2. The intrinsic value of views of work is positively related to job satisfaction. 3. The dedication and effort of job involvement are positively related to job satisfaction.Finally, based on the results of this study, we provided suggestions for military organizations, and we also discussed the implications for academics and management in detail.
