摘要

中共國防大學直屬中央軍委，為中共最高軍事教育機構，主要任務係培養陸、海、空三軍高級指揮幹部，高級參謀和理論研究人員，同時為中央軍委與各總部決策機構諮詢單位。目前共軍95%以上的軍級以上指揮幹部是經過國防大學培訓產生。每年有高、中級軍官2,000餘人與30餘名地方省部級領導幹部在該校接受培訓，為共軍人才培育之重鎮。面對臺海兩岸的軍事人才競爭與中共對我之武力威脅，實有必要關注該校校況與未來發展方向。

The PRC'S National Defense University (NDU) is a subordinate organization of Central Military Commission (CMC). This university is the PLA highest military educational unit. The main mission is to cultivate high-ranking commanders, senior staff officers, and military-theory researchers of the PLA. The NDU also serves as a consulting think tank for the CMC and the Services' Headquarters. Currently, there are more than 95% of PLA commanders in the corpslevel graduated from the NDU. In addition to that, there are more than 2,000 middle-to-high ranking officials, and more than 30 leading bureaucrats at the provincial and ministerial levels receiving training in this university every year. The NDU is an important military institue for cultivating top-brass PLA. The ROC military should pay a close eye to the current situation and future development of PLA'S NDU.
