摘要

中共在「臺灣議題」上，運用國家戰略在亞太地區採取合縱與連橫的手段，再加上發展「反介入」戰略不斷地提升軍力，仍可能有機會戰勝美軍的介入行動。相對地，美軍為防範共軍可能的軍事冒險及維護其在亞太地區的利益，已調整在該區域的戰略部署，並發展「空海整體戰」概念以為因應。我國處於「中」、美兩強的戰略利益糾葛與涉及本身的國家安全維護，更應積極地規劃相關的因應作為，以確保我國的主權與國家安全。

PRC put ＂Taiwan issue＂ on the use of the national strategy and the means to take vertical and horizontal cooperation in the Asia Pacific region, coupled with the development of ＂anti-access＂ strategy continues to enhance the military capability. This may still have a chance for the PRC to defeat the U.S. military interventions. In contrast, the U.S. military troops are against possible military adventures and to safeguard its interests in the Asia-Pacific region, and has to adjust its strategic plan in the region, as well as to develop ＂Air-sea battle＂ concept in order to cope with the situation. Taiwan faces the disputes of strategic interests between two powerful countries, the PRC and the United States. Furthermore, for our national security concerns, we should actively make relative response plans as to ensure the sovereignty and national security.
