摘要

「政治宣傳」被中共視為維繫政權的重要手段之一，中共官方報紙是用來執行政治宣傳的重要工具之一，本文以語藝學戲劇理論五因分析法解析習近平的哲學觀點與政治語藝動機，探討中共政治宣傳效能之現況，俾理解中共政治運作方式，作為我方研擬相關因應對策之參考。本文採取實證研究途徑，首先探討語藝學的政治傳播，進而論述其中戲劇五因分析法與中共政治語藝之研究關係，接續輔以個案實證研究分析。個案以中共中央級《人民日報》、省級《四川日報》及地級《瀋陽日報》等三個層級機關報對2016年解放軍相關報導為範圍，逐步篩選出「強軍夢及軍改」議題報導作為分析文本。習近平推動軍改過程及宣傳策略是外在分析的背景環境，機關報報導內容是內在分析的語藝文本，藉由外在分析得到的資料，協助釐清文本中所呈現表達形式及意涵，藉由機關報統計分析強化研究過程，以建立客觀論述之研究成果。

＂Political propaganda＂ is regarded by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) as one of important means for maintaining political power. The China official newspaper is one of important tools used by the CCP to carry out political propaganda. This thesis analyzes Xi, Jinping's political rhetoric skills via dramatistic pentadic analysis, and also explores the current performance of political propaganda of the CCP, in order to understand its political operation methods. This research deploys Burke's Dramatistic Pentadic Analysis as a analytical tool to evaluate PRC's Political Propaganda, Organizational Newspapers, performance Methodologically, document analysis was performed to examine the relationship between the CCP's organizational newspapers and political propaganda. A case study was therefore followed to argue the document analysis. The dataset of the case is CCP's organizational newspapers in 2016 about the People's Liberation Army. The theme of ＂strong military dreams and military reforms＂ were retrieved as texts for the analysis. In addition, Xi, Jinping's promotion of the military reform and propaganda strategy is the background environment of external analysis. The contents of organizational newspapers are the text of internal analysis. The data obtained through external analysis helps to clarify the expression and meaning expressed in the texts. The case analysis reinforces objective arguments to form a valuable research outcome.
