液晶美白乳液表面與界面性質探討

The Liquid Crystal Whitens the Cream Surface and Interface Nature Discussion

摘要


本研究主要利用適量的界面活性劑所形成的乳液與美白成分-左旋維生素C磷酸鈉鹽(Sodium Ascorbyl phosphate, C-50)相互結合,透過改變乳液中的美白劑及抗氧化劑(Red wine polyphenol 1%, OPC Liquid)的比例不同,探討濃度改變對乳液的表面與界面性質的影響。在乳液的製備過程中有幾項因素需要列入考量,包括乳化劑中界面活性劑的比例、油水相的乳化溫度。美白乳液的分子構造以傅立葉轉換紅外光譜分析儀(Fourier Transform Infra Red Spectroscopy, FTIR)分析法確認。乳化液之基本性質測試則以表面張力(surface tension)接觸角(contact angle)及黏度等分析,另以偏光顯微鏡(Optical microscopy)觀察乳液的乳化穩定度。結果顯示只添加OPC 1%比添加OPC 1%與C50在表面張力、接觸角中,前者在稀釋1.0%時具有較良好的界面性質。
