幾丁聚醣微膠囊與三氯沙之包覆相適性探讨

摘要


利用藥物傳輸系統(Drug delivery system; DDS)將化粧品活性成份包覆在生物可分解的聚合物材質中,形成油水相間的中空球體狀的雙層結構-微膠囊包覆技術,這是目前化粧品應用層面非常熱門的項目。其中被包覆的活性成分和包覆率之間的關聯性是微膠囊包覆技術的一大挑戰,針對這個項目,我們利用不同的乳化方法來探討活性成分的包覆率和其影響與結果發現:以人體可分解吸收的天然材料之幾丁聚醣和明膠的互相配比來做為微繆囊的包覆材料,三氯沙做為被包覆的材料,經過攪拌乳化和均質乳化的方式,製成微膠囊原始乳體。其中包裹率約可達94%~96%,攪拌乳化的平均粒徑約44 nm,質乳化平均粒徑約112 nm。在微膠囊之機械強度上,當外層膜包覆之聚合物的濃度提高、分子量降低、熟成時間增加,對微膠囊之抗壓性和穩定性均有正面的幫助,可見不同的包覆技術對於微膠囊的製備有著非常明顯的影響。

Triclosan, an oil-soluble bactericide, is encapsulated in liposomes for the targeting of the drug to skin-associated bacteria. It is demonstrated that microcapsules are effective delivery system for triclosan when only short times of exposure of the microcapsules to the bacterium arc possible. Chitosan is a hydrophilic, biocompatible and biodegradable polysaccharide of low toxicity which in recent years has been used for development of drug delivery systems. The dispersing technique of homogenization (10000rpm) or agitation (300rpm) is selected for encapsulating triclosan into chitosan microcapsule. The particle size of chitosan microcapsule decreases as the emulsification stirring speed increases. When the stirring speeds are 10000 rpm, the average particle size of chitosan microcapsule produced is less than 50μm. The results show they have high encapsulation efficiency (up to 95%), narrow particle size distribution and spherical particle morphology.
