有鑑國內精油市場與芳療SPA蓬勃發展,芳療師是扮演正確推廣與應用芳香療法的關鍵角色。本研究目的藉以發展國內目前執行芳療業務所需的專業能力,並據此針對開發相關教材規劃進行探討。研究方法包括質性研究與量性研究法,包括:文件分析OCAPs(包括蝶勘法DACUM會議、問卷調查、檢核會議)、問卷調查方式,與專家深度訪談。研究對象涵蓋芳療產學專家與從業人員。研究結果發展出芳療師工作描述、6大職責範圍與48項專業能力之任務。其中以專業能力之「芳香按摩」職責重要程度居首,故針對此專業能力細項任務進行產專家質化深度訪談,作為開發此課程教材之依據,並評鑑其學習成效,研究結論顯示:以專業能力目錄來規劃的芳香療法教材,教學滿意度頗高。
Due to the vigorous development of essential oil marketing and aromatherapy SPA within Taiwan, aroma therapists play a key role of promoting the correct usage of aromatherapy. The purpose of this research is to develop the professional competences required for aromatherapist and to design related aromatherapy educational materials. Research methods applied are quality and quantity research, in other words, document analysis, OCAPs, (included DACUM meeting questionnaire profile checking meeting) surveys, and in-deep interview. Research subjects included professional managers and employees and students. Research results developed the job description of aroma therapist, ranges of the six main duties, and forty eight points of professional duty tasks. Within the professional abilities, the duty of message stood as being the most important. As a result, professional interviews were made, educational materials related to this duty were made, and learning outcomes were evaluated. The results demonstrate that aromatherapy educational materials created based on the categories of professional abilities received the highest educational satisfactory score.
