美容美髮界已婚婦女工作、家庭角色衝突與婚姻滿意度之探討

The Exploration of Married Women Working in Beautician Salon Careers, Family Role Confliction and Marital Satisfaction

摘要


現代職業婦女在面臨家庭與職涯發展時常常會陷入兩難並產生持續性的挫折,本研究的目的指在探討美容美髮界已婚職業婦女在工作、家庭角色衝突及婚姻滿意度間的關係,進而提出具體建議。研究對象以434名美容美髮界已婚職業婦女進行問卷調查,研究結果呈現如下: 一、美容及美髮組在工作負荷各層面及整體層面皆呈現中等程度負荷;在主婦角色、家庭角色衝突整體層面,與婚姻滿意度皆呈現中上程度。 二、不同家庭類型的美髮組在工作倦怠及能力負荷及整體層面有顯著差異,其餘與美容組皆相同無顯著差異。 三、美容及美髮組之個人背景變項,在母親角色層面,及家庭角色衝突整體層面上對婚姻滿意度皆有顯著差異。 四、美髮組的工作負荷越高,雖對婚姻滿意度無影響,但對主婦角色層面衝突越大,且美容組的工作負荷越高,其主婦角色、妻子角色層面衝突越大且對婚姻滿意度就越低。 五、工作負荷及家庭角色衝突對婚姻滿意度可有效預測,呈現順序如下: 美容組:妻子角色>工作倦怠>主婦角色>能力負荷>母親角色 美髮組:母親角色>主婦角色>能力負荷>工作倦怠>妻子角色

Modern working women in the face of family and career development are often caught in a dilemma and generate continuous setbacks, the purpose of this study was to explore the beauty salon industry refers to a married career women in the work, family role conflict and the relationship between marital satisfaction, then make specific recommendations. Subjects were 434 married professional women's beauty salon industry conducted a questionnaire survey, the results showed the following: 1. Beauty and hairdressing group in different levels and the overall work load is a load of moderate level, In the housewife roles, the whole family, role conflict with the upper level is a marital satisfaction. 2. For the hairdresser of different family types, aside from the significant differences in the overall aspects and the aspects of work tiredness and ability load, they were the same as the beautician. 3. Among the beautician and hairdresser, there were significant differences between marital satisfaction and the variation of personal background, the aspect of mother roles and the overall aspects of family role conflicts. 4. The workload of hairdressing group, although no influence of marital satisfaction, but the level of housewives role conflict and the beauty of the workload highei, its character, the character level housewife wife of the conflict and the less marital satisfaction. 5. The conflicts between workload and family roles could be a valid predictor to marital satisfaction. The prediction could be arranged as following orders: Hairdresser: roles of wives > work tiredness > roles of housewives > ability load > roles of mothers Beautician: roles of mothers > roles of housewives> ability load > work tiredness> roles of wives
