近年來微膠粒技術逐漸受到重視,並廣泛被應用於各個產業,而固態奈米脂質(Solid lipid nanoparticles, SLNs)與奈米結構脂質載體(Nanostuctured Lipid Carriers, NLCs)主要都是以脂質膠體構造組成與人體相容性佳,而本研究利用超音波震盪法、高速均質/超音波法和熱高壓均質法製備固態奈米脂質(Solid lipid nanoparticles, SLNs)與奈米結構脂質載體(Nanostuctured Lipid Carriers, NLCs),搭配不同的脂質和界面活性劑,觀察每個配方的粒徑大小分布與安定性的評估分析。
In recent years, micelle technology has drawn much attention and been applied to various industries. Both solid nano-lipid (SLNs) and nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) consist of lipid colloidal structure and are very compatible with human body. This study employs sonication method, high-speed homogenization/ultrasound method, and high-pressure homogenization method to prepare solid nano-lipid (SLNs) and nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs). This study also assesses and analyzes distribution of particle size and stability of each prescription by coordinating various lipid and surfactant.
