服務業從業人員婚姻態度之探討－以女性美髮從業人員為例

本研究主要以女性美髮從業人員為研究對象，因美髮從業人員的工作環境上，工時較長，在經濟上更為獨立，且常見未婚美髮從業人員有晚婚與不婚情況發生。故本研究探討其對婚姻的態度及想法，藉由調查法探討未婚女性美髮從業人員之工作環境條件對內在自身條件、擇偶條件及婚姻態度的關係及相互的影響性。研究結果發現：1.女性美髮從業人員在工作環境條件、內在自身條件、擇偶條件與婚姻態度的認知上皆屬中上程度，介於普通到同意之間。2.部份未婚女性美髮從業人員之背景變項對其工作環境條件、內在自身條件、婚姻態度在認知上有顯著差異。3.女性美髮從業人員的工作環境條件、內在自身條件、擇偶條件與婚姻態度等構面，彼此間有顯著正向影響。

The present study is an attempt to understand the trends toward late marriage and non-marriage of female hairdressers. Singlehood levels in this service group are high because they work long hour s and become more financially independent. This study examines unmarried female hairdresser's attitude and behavior toward marriage. Findings from sample survey are used to investigate the relationship and influence among working environment, internal-self-condition, marriage preference, marriage attitude of female hairdressers practitioners' characteristics in practitioners of service industry. Shown below are the research results: (1) Female hairdressers' perception toward working environment, internal-self-condition, marriage preference, marriage attitude is between neutral to consent, and their recognition toward these factors is close to acceptance. (2) Portion of unmarried female hairdressers has significant difference in recognizing working environment , internal-self-condition , marriage preferences, and marriage attitude due to their background variable (age, education , family structure, and religion). (3) There would be positive influences of working environment on internal-self-condition, marriage preferences and marriage attitude. So is the internal-self-condition on marriage preferences and marriage attitude. So is a marriage preference on marriage attitude.
