摘要

本研究以台南地區某科技大學美容類相關科主學生為研究對象，以層級分析法探討入學後的學習滿意度。研究對象以就讀該科技大學日校美容是之四技部學生，有效樣本數為323份。研究之問卷設計，乃以文獻學習滿意度為基礎架構進行調查，分為7個構面「課程學習」、「師資教學」、「行政合作」、「班級人際」、「輔導資源」、「器材設備」、「生涯規劃」。最後以層級分析（AHP）學生對不同構面滿意程度為師資教學＞生涯規劃＞器材設備＞課程學習＞班級人際＞輔導資源＞行政配合。

This study of cosmetology related category students at the University of Technology of Tainan for the study, in a hierarchical analysis to explore their learning satisfaction. The study of sample was senior students of department of style and cosmetology, effective number of samples of 323. Study on questionnaire design, infrastructure is to reference learning satisfaction survey is divided into 7 dimensions ＂Curriculum＂, ＂teaching method＂, ＂administrative cooperation＂, ＂class interpersonal,＂＂Resources＂, ＂equipment＂, ＂career planning''. Finally, AHP exhibits satisfaction in the ranking as followed: teaching method ＞ Career Planning＞ Equipment Equipment＞ Curriculum＞ class interpersonal ＞ Resources＞ administrative cooperation.
