生活美學素養培育之探討-以大專院校美容教育為例

The Study of Life Aesthetic Literacy Cultivate-Beauty Curriculum in Colleges and Universities as Example

摘要


文化部於2008年提出「台灣生活美學運動」,營造美學人文基礎教育5年計畫。計畫中以「提昇美感素養」、「創造美感城市」、「深耕美感環境」作為目標,期許運用藝術思維和手段,喚起國人對於生活美學的重視及美學涵養,提升國民美學基礎,藉以提升台灣在國際之間的形象與產業競爭力。然而,在大專校院美容教育之專業課程中,多年來早已潛移默化的將美學教育深耕其中,將美學涵養深耕內化為美學的自覺意識。生活美學是一種生活方式與態度的選擇,也是生活品味與質感的展現。雖然每個人選擇的內容和展現的方式有所不同,但都是一種價值,而價值的高低和社經地位並不能畫上等號,完全取決於個人的知識背景、觀察感受力和經驗累積。「美學」是什麼?如何與生活之間產生關聯?美學所涉及範圍廣泛,本文試循著美學的軌跡與脈絡探析,談美感能力與審美態度如何內植深化於生活?「美學素養」需要具備何種條件?大專校院美容教育之專業課程與美學素養培育之間有何相互關係?大專校院美容教育之專業課程的學習如何影響展現在生活美學上?大專校院美容教育之專業知識與技能課程如何達到心靈提升與美學實踐?

Taiwanese life aesthetic movement in the Ministry of Culture since 2008, proposed to create aesthetic humanities five-year basic education plan. The primary aim of create the beauty of the city to enhance the aesthetic qualities, and rooted in the beauty of the environment, and hopes to use the art of thinking and means to arouse the attention of the people for life aesthetics and aesthetic conservation, enhance national aesthetic basis, in order to enhance Taiwan's image among the international competitiveness of industries. However, in the planning of tertiary professional beauty courses over the years has long been a subtle aesthetic education roots which the aesthetic roots into aesthetics consciousness conservation. The life aesthetics are the choice of a way of life and attitudes, lifestyle and texture of the show. While everyone choose different content and to show the way, but they are a value, but the value of the high and low socioeconomic status and can not be painted on the equal sign, depends entirely on the individual's background, observation of sensibility and experience accumulated. "What is Aesthetic"? How-life associated? Aesthetics involved in a wide range. This paper attempts to follow the trajectory and the context of the aesthetic Exploration, talk about how the aesthetic ability and aesthetic attitude within the plant to deepen in life? "Aesthetic qualities" what conditions are required? What are the mutual relations between the tertiary institutions beauty professional courses and aesthetic literacy nurture? Colleges and universities the beauty professional courses to learn how to affect the show in the living aesthetic? Colleges and universities the beauty professional knowledge and skills courses how to achieve spiritual improvement and aesthetic practice?
